Introduction:
How can we increase participation locally?
How can we decrease participation-as-fascism in nation states globally?? Pages 98 and 170 pose issues that were urgent in 1994 and are more urgent in 2005.
When I reread much of this dialogue I feel like we were doing our very best to put the musical mysteries into words but we didn't get very far. We struggle to grasp or redefine each other's abstractions.
